Last Day in Auckland. Sad!

The next day we woke up to say goodbye to all of our friends that were heading to their dorms in Auckland or to Christchurch. It was really sad because there were a lot of great people and Gaby, one of my good friends going to Auckland was moving out that day. It was really hard to say goodbye to her because I enjoyed hanging out with her and getting to know her and we got close because we were roommates the last night of Fiji as well as we hung out everyday in Auckland!

Those of us that were left decided to roam the streets of Auckland for one last time.. we went to get lunch and spotted a great "cake boutique." We decided to try it and good thing we did, it was delicious! We then went searching for a great place called "chocolates for breakfast," and were disappointed to find the place not only closed, but out of business and the space was for lease. Bummer.

Then we all called it a night early but realized that we had not eaten yet. So my roommate Bri and I ordered the worst $16 room service Margherita pizza that I have ever eaten.. we were pretty ready for Wellington to be able to have our own kitchens...
